Asyad Group, a global integrated logistics provider, announced the strategic acquisition of Ligentia Group, a UK-based tech-enabled supply chain services provider. This acquisition is Asyad Group's second major international transaction in less than two years, following the integration of Skybridge Freight Solutions in July 2024. The combined entity will operate in 76 cities across 24 countries, significantly expanding Asyad Group's global network and digital capabilities through the integration of Ligentia Group's Ligentix platform. The deal aims to deliver comprehensive end-to-end fourth-party logistics (4PL) solutions to over 6,000 global clients, leveraging Ligentia Group's expertise in high-value sectors like retail, consumer, and healthcare.
