Omantel, a leading telecommunications provider in Oman, has embarked on a major digital transformation program with Cerillion, a provider of BSS/OSS solutions. The project aims to modernize Omantel's business and operations support systems, facilitating its evolution from a traditional telecommunications company to a technology company. Cerillion will implement its pre-integrated BSS/OSS Suite, including various modules like Enterprise Product Catalogue, CRM Plus, and Convergent Charging System, to create a unified digital foundation for Omantel's services. This initiative, hosted securely within the Oman Data Park, aligns with Oman Vision 2040, supporting the Sultanate's digital economy and strengthening its digital infrastructure.
