Regal Rexnord Appoints Aamir Paul CEO

Rexnord Corporation Corporation announced the appointment of Aamir Paul as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective no later than July 1, 2026. Mr. Paul will also join the Rexnord Corporation Board of Directors. He will succeed current CEO Louis Pinkham, who will remain in his role until Mr. Paul's start date to ensure a smooth transition, and will then resign from the board. Mr. Paul brings extensive global experience from his previous roles as President of North America at Schneider Electric and SVP at Dell Technologies. The Board, led by Non-Executive Chairman Rakesh Sachdev, expressed confidence in Mr. Paul's ability to lead Rexnord Corporation through its next phase of growth, citing his track record in driving growth, building teams, fostering innovation, and experience in key markets like data centers and discrete automation.
