Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced its entry into the B2B industrial electronics sector by launching a new business vertical, L&T Electronic Products & Systems (LTEPS). The manufacturing operations have commenced at its India — Coimbatore campus in India, with the headquarters located in India — Bengaluru. Initially, two production lines have been commissioned to provide electronics manufacturing services to both domestic and international clients. This strategic move aligns with Larsen & Toubro's Lakshya 2031 vision to deepen technology leadership and enhance India's self-reliance in critical manufacturing. LTEPS will focus on developing and manufacturing industrial electronic products and systems across key segments such as power electronics, mobility, industrial robotics & automation, communication platforms, and electronics systems design & manufacturing (ESDM). The company plans to expand its footprint across a 40-acre zone within the India — Coimbatore campus, covering the entire industrial electronics value chain.
