To support applicants, the India — Municipal Corporation of Delhi has established physical help desks in its 12 zonal offices and empanelled over 700 professionals for consultation. The process is streamlined with no physical verification, as applicant data from the PM UDAY portal is automatically integrated. Successful applicants will receive online regularization certificates within 45-60 days, enabling them to register their properties through the National Generic Document Registration System. This move aims to provide legal recognition to properties and simplify access to civic services for thousands of residents in India — Delhi.
