Naravane Defends India-China Standoff Claims

Former Chief of Army Staff M. M. Naravane has publicly addressed the controversy surrounding his unpublished memoir 'Four Stars of Destiny'. He firmly defended his stance that India lost no territory to China during the 2020 eastern Ladakh standoff, a claim challenged by leaders of the India — Indian National Congress. Naravane also emphasized the importance of keeping the India — Indian Army and other armed forces insulated from political narratives, clarifying that strategic decisions are made by the India — Cabinet Committee on Security.
