The positive drilling results from Abcourt Mines' Flordin property, particularly the high-grade gold intersections, are likely to have a positive impact on Abcourt Mines' stock price. This news could also generate increased interest in gold exploration companies operating in the Canada — Quebec region of Canada.
Abcourt Mines announced the completion of drilling in the eastern sector of its Flordin property in Canada — Quebec, Canada, extending known mineralized zones to the boundary of the Kinebik property owned by Asante Gold Corporation. The 2026 drilling campaign, which has completed 3,900 metres out of a planned 20,000 metres, yielded significant gold values, including 1.7 g/t gold over 12 metres and 15.2 g/t gold over 1 metre in hole FL-26-291. While mineralization east of the Cartwright stripping was less significant than to the west, the results confirmed continuity. Pascal Hamelin, President and CEO of Abcourt Mines, highlighted the validation of geological information and the company's plan to focus efforts westward to define a high-grade gold corridor. Robert A. J. Gagnon, VP Exploration, reviewed and approved the technical data.
