The India — India Post, under the Malaysia — Ministry of Communications (Malaysia), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DTDC Express Limited Express Limited to bolster logistics and e-commerce operations throughout India. This partnership, which began in 2025, aims to combine the India — India Post's extensive network of 1.64 lakh post offices with DTDC Express Limited's logistics expertise. The collaboration will expand opportunities in logistics, enable DTDC Express Limited to utilize the postal network for nationwide parcel delivery including Cash on Delivery services, and facilitate joint logistics operations and capacity sharing. Neeraj Kumar Jha and Jatinder Sethi formalized the agreement. Both entities will hold quarterly review meetings to monitor progress and explore further opportunities. This initiative is set to improve delivery speed, cater to growing e-commerce demand, especially in remote regions, and strengthen India's position as a global logistics hub.
