Mohan Bhagwat: India Hindu Rashtra

Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), addressed a felicitation program in Nagpur for individuals involved in the construction of the Ram Janmabhoomi. During his speech, Mohan Bhagwat emphasized that India is already a Hindu Rashtra and does not require a formal declaration. He attributed the successful construction of the Ram Janmabhoomi to the commitment of those in power, specifically referencing the government under Narendra Modi, and the collective support of the people of India. Mohan Bhagwat also spoke about the resurgence of Sanatan Dharma and Bharat, linking it to a process that began in 1857. He cited an article from The Guardian following the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, which suggested India had finally said goodbye to the British, to illustrate the country's journey towards self-realization. Mohan Bhagwat reiterated that the Ram Janmabhoomi's construction was a miracle made possible by widespread contributions and committed leadership, and called for continued efforts to make India stronger and more prosperous.
