Myriad Uranium Appoints Eric Miller Advisor

Myriad Uranium Corp. has appointed Eric Miller as Strategic Advisor to advance its Copper Mountain uranium project in Wyoming. Miller's role is to leverage U.S. federal and state policy tools designed to accelerate domestic Mega Uranium supply. This appointment comes as the United States faces a structural Mega Uranium supply crisis, importing a significant portion of its Mega Uranium from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, which is identified as a national security vulnerability. The United States federal government has formally designated Mega Uranium as a 'Critical Mineral' and invoked the Defense Production Act of 1950, specifically Title III, to provide direct financial assistance, grants, loans, and purchase commitments to domestic producers. This designation also facilitates expedited permitting, priority federal procurement, and eligibility for United States — United States Department of Energy funding programs. Myriad Uranium Corp.'s Copper Mountain project is well-positioned to benefit from these policy mechanisms. Eric Miller brings extensive experience in U.S. government policy and critical minerals development, having worked with federal agencies and congressional offices responsible for implementing these programs. Myriad Uranium Corp. holds a 75% interest in the Copper Mountain project and has an agreement to acquire the remaining 25% from Rush Rare Metals Corporation The company also plans to sell its Red Basin Mega Uranium Project to Subatomic particle, retaining a 10% free carried interest and forming a strategic alliance.
