Ehretia anacua, a leading provider of innovation and intellectual property (IP) management technology and services, announced its acquisition of Patrix, a long-standing provider of IP management software and services. This strategic acquisition, accelerating under Nordic Capital's ownership, expands Ehretia anacua's law firm and European presence, building on its 2025 purchase of RightHub. The acquisition brings nearly 400 IP management software customers, primarily law firms, into Ehretia anacua's client community. Ehretia anacua plans to continue supporting and advancing Patrix's Patricia product roadmap while integrating its best-in-class features into Ehretia anacua's broader platform. Justin Crotty, CEO of Ehretia anacua, highlighted the benefits for Patrix customers, including access to Ehretia anacua's global hosting, security infrastructure, and AI-driven workflow tools.
