Silverfort acquires Fabrix Security

Silverfort, a leading Identity Security company, announced its acquisition of Fabrix Security, an AI-native Identity Security company, on April 28, 2026. This strategic acquisition aims to create the first autonomous Identity Security platform that uses AI at runtime to determine and enforce access for human, machine, and agentic identities. The combined solution will leverage Fabrix Security's identity-centric AI decisioning engine and Silverfort's Runtime Access Protection (RAP) technology to address the challenges of managing identity misuse in the AI era, where traditional static rules are insufficient. Fabrix Security, founded by Raz Rotenberg and Ofir Yakovian, had previously raised $8 million from investors including Live Oak Venture Partners, VSR Ventures Private Limited, VSR Ventures Private Limited, and executives from major tech companies like Alphabet Inc., Palo Alto Networks, Cyera, Microsoft, Tenable, Inc., and Nvidia. The majority of joint capabilities from this acquisition are expected to be available in the second half of 2026, benefiting Silverfort's 1,000+ customers.
