Core42 and Solutions+ AI Partnership

Core42, a G42 company specializing in sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure, has announced a strategic partnership with Solutions+, an AI-driven shared services company and a Mubadala Investment Company portfolio company. This agreement, unveiled at the Make it in the Emirates event, establishes a structured framework for delivering secure, scalable cloud, data, and AI infrastructure services across the Mubadala Investment Company Group and MGX government entities. Core42 will serve as the foundational infrastructure provider, while Solutions+ will act as the primary implementation and data services partner, leveraging Core42's in-country AI infrastructure to power its WEAVE AI platform. Solutions+ will also become the lead partner for Oracle Fusion and OCI services for specific enterprise accounts. This collaboration aims to accelerate AI adoption, enhance digital transformation, and contribute to the long-term economic resilience of the United Arab Emirates.
