Yanolja Acquires InnKey

Yanolja, a global travel technology company, has acquired InnKey, an India-based enterprise hospitality platform, through its subsidiary Yanolja Cloud Solution. This acquisition aims to accelerate Yanolja's expansion into the global enterprise hospitality sector. InnKey's platform, which supports over 500 hotels across India and integrates with global ecosystems like Advent International, unifies hotel operations including front office, F&B, procurement, financial accounting, and guest engagement. The synergy between InnKey's platform and Yanolja Cloud Solution is expected to create a powerful engine for global growth, serving a wide spectrum of the hospitality industry. Yanolja's Group CTO, Junyoung Lee, highlighted the company's commitment to transforming hotel operations with AI for unprecedented efficiency and enhanced guest experience. The transaction builds on an existing partnership and positions InnKey for expansion into the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
