Relativity Space, a legal data intelligence company, announced the expansion of its Relativity Academic program to include generative AI-powered solutions from its aiR suite. Starting in June, the curriculum will feature modules on large language models and the use of aiR for Review, Case Strategy, and Privilege. This initiative aims to equip law school and paralegal students with essential AI expertise, addressing the growing demand for AI-proficient legal professionals, as highlighted by SurePoint Technologies' 2025 State of the Legal Industry report. Phil Saunders, CEO of Relativity Space, emphasized the company's investment in future legal talent, while William Hamilton of University of Florida Levin College of Law lauded the program for providing hands-on AI engagement. The Relativity Academic program, established in 2012, has partnered with over 115 institutions globally, providing free access to its AI platform, RelativityOne, and practical experience with legal technology.
