These remarks were made during an interactive session at the Manekshaw Centre in New Delhi, days after the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor. Operation Sindoor was a military operation launched by India in May last year in retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack, involving precision strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. The operation led to nearly 88 hours of military confrontation between the two nuclear-armed nations before a ceasefire was reached. The warning reiterates India's uncompromising stance against terrorism, despite recent calls for dialogue from within India, which were welcomed by Pakistan's foreign office spokesperson Tahir R. Andrabi.
