Michelle Walker Sues Return to the Land

Mickey Walker (golfer), a real estate broker, has filed a federal lawsuit against Return to the Land, its Ozarks chapter, and five officers, alleging that she was denied the opportunity to purchase land in an United States — Arkansas development due to her Jewish ancestry and her Black husband. The lawsuit claims that Return to the Land is a white nationalist organization explicitly attempting to establish an all-white community, violating federal and state fair housing and civil rights acts. The organization's founders allegedly believe in white genetic superiority and advocate for segregated white communities. Mickey Walker (golfer) is represented by Relman Colfax, the Time s Up Legal Defense Fund, and Legal Aid of Arkansas. The event has also drawn attention to legislative efforts, with United States — Pennsylvania's state House passing a bill to block whites-only housing communities, following Return to the Land's reported intentions to expand.
