This drug leverages a novel payload-linker technology with an exatecan payload, designed for stability and enhanced cancer cell killing. The study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of Precem-TcT, alone or with bevacizumab, in approximately 1,020 patients across 165 sites in 20 countries. Phase 1 results showed a manageable safety profile and encouraging tumor response rates.
