This ongoing campaign has led to the attachment of multiple immovable properties belonging to alleged drug peddlers, with values ranging from ₹50 lakh to ₹2.20 crore. Notable attachments include properties of Mudasir Ahmad Khan>>>, Shafiq Ahmad Khawaja>>>, Rahil Manzoor Malla>>>, Adil Rashid>>>, Ghulam Rasool Dar>>>, Bilal Ahmad Sheikh>>>, Aneek Ahmad Sheikh>>>, Mohsin Ibrahim Naqash>>>, Farhan Manzoor Pandit>>>, Fayaz Ahmad Rather>>>, and Abid Hassan Dar>>>. These actions are carried out under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, after establishing that the properties were acquired through illicit narcotics trade. In addition to property attachments, the authorities have registered 823 FIRs, arrested 905 drug smugglers, booked 65 traffickers under PIT-NDPS, demolished 86 illegal properties, suspended 460 driving licences, recommended passport cancellations for 22 alleged smugglers, and proposed cancellation of registrations for 609 vehicles linked to drug trafficking. Furthermore, 5,832 medical stores were inspected, resulting in the suspension or cancellation of licences for 278 drug stores and FIRs against eight establishments. The police reiterate their commitment to dismantling the financial infrastructure of drug trafficking and eradicating the menace of drugs from society.
