The move aims to strengthen India>>>'s legal metrology ecosystem, expand verification infrastructure, and support the increasing adoption of cleaner fuels. Verification fees have been set at Rs 5,000 per nozzle for petrol/diesel and Rs 10,000 per nozzle for CNG, LPG, LNG, and Hydrogen.
