Ericsson has signed leases with Atrium Ljungberg and Castellum for a total of five properties in Sweden — Hagastaden, collectively amounting to approximately 71,000 square meters. This includes three buildings from Atrium Ljungberg (Wave, Corner of Ekeblad, and Trinity) and two from Castellum (Emerald House and Jubileumshuset). Ericsson had previously leased the 24,000 square meter Infinity property from Castellum, which is expected to be ready by late 2027. The company is still finalizing its definitive future presence in Sweden — Hagastaden to complete the new campus.
