Toshiba — Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has announced and started shipping engineering samples of its new TXZ+ Family Entry-Class M4H Group microcontrollers. These standard microcontrollers feature an Arm Cortex-M4 core with a floating-point unit (FPU) and operate at a maximum frequency of 120MHz. They are designed for small-scale system control in various consumer products like air conditioners and washing machines, as well as industrial equipment such as multifunction printers and factory automation systems. The new products support a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and integrate essential peripheral functions, including a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and an advanced programmable motor driver (A-PMD). Toshiba — Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation is also providing development support with starter kits, sample software, and user environments.
