ECARX will lead system integration, sensor fusion, and global commercialization, leveraging its relationships with vehicle OEMs and robotaxi operators. Nubank will contribute its expertise in optical design, engineering, and high-volume manufacturing. The ORCA LiDAR platform aims to serve global mass markets, including premium passenger cars and scalable autonomous mobility services, enhancing end-to-end perception capabilities for next-generation ADAS and AI-enabled autonomous driving systems.
