Rashmi Metaliks Group, a Kolkata-based diversified conglomerate, announced a substantial investment plan of Rs 35,000 crore in India — West Bengal. The group has already invested nearly Rs 25,000 crore in India — West Bengal and operates a 10 MTPA steel plant, an 850 MW captive power plant, and a 1.45 MTPA cement manufacturing unit.
