The 3,850-square-metre facility provides office and co-working spaces, conference halls, and meeting rooms. Ayaz Batyrkulovich Baetov>>>, Chair of the Tamchy SFIT Management Council and Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz_Republic, stated that the SFIT aims to build financial and logistical bridges between the CIS, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Established under Kyrgyzstan>>>'s Law No. 136 in July 2025, the territory spans 6,000 hectares and offers incentives such as a zero tax rate for 49 years, English common law principles, and full profit repatriation rights.
