Odisha CM lays school foundation

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi>>> of India — Odisha>>> laid the foundation stones for 204 Godabarish Mishra Model Primary Schools across 30 districts, marking the second phase of a significant education infrastructure program. This initiative is part of the larger Godabarish Mishra Model Primary School scheme, which plans to establish 2,200 model schools with an investment of Rs 12,000 crore. The scheme aims to strengthen primary education, improve learning outcomes, and integrate technology for quality learning. Mohan Charan Majhi>>> emphasized the importance of equipping students with academic knowledge and practical skills for the evolving job market. The India — Odisha>>> government has also recruited 26,615 teaching and non-teaching staff in the last two years and plans to appoint 45,000 more teachers over the next three years. Ministers Nityananda Gond>>>, Prithviraj Harichandan>>>, and Suresh Pujari>>> also participated in the event.
