The company anticipates adding approximately 1,000 new local jobs over the next few years. The Tampines Campus features intelligent manufacturing processes, including Autonomous Mobile Robots and AI-assisted quality inspection, and is designed to achieve Singapore's Green Mark Platinum Certification for sustainability. Additionally, Applied Materials has formed a strategic partnership with the Singapore Institute of Technology, providing a US$3 million endowed gift to support semiconductor research and talent development.
