SailPoint acquires Entro

SailPoint Technologies, a leader in enterprise identity security, announced its intent to acquire Entro, a pioneer in non-human identity (NHI) and credentials security. This acquisition aims to strategically expand and accelerate SailPoint Technologies's recently launched Agentic Fabric, advancing its vision to secure modern enterprises with adaptive identity security across the entire digital ecosystem. Entro's capabilities will enhance SailPoint Technologies's platform by providing deep secrets discovery, non-human identity scanning, unrivaled discovery and credentials coverage, deep context and human ownership attribution, and real-time detection and active protection for AI agents and machine identities. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal year 2027.
