The introduction of the IHDV line of high voltage power inductors by Vishay Intertechnology is expected to have a positive impact on the company's stock price due to the expansion of its product offerings into critical sectors like automotive, energy, and industrial systems. This innovation could lead to increased market share and revenue for Vishay Intertechnology.
Vishay Intertechnology introduced its new IHDV line of high voltage power inductors, featuring four devices designed for next-generation automotive, energy, and industrial systems. These inductors offer 1.5 kV isolation voltages, continuous high temperature operation to 180 °C, and soft saturation performance. Available in compact 0808 and 1008 case sizes, the devices provide significantly higher impedance for high frequency filtering compared to existing inductors. The product line includes Automotive Grade and commercial versions, with some models being AEC-Q200 qualified. Samples and production quantities are currently available with a 12-week lead time.
