The round was led by Inovia Capital, with continued participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Garage Capital, and new investments from Canada — BDC Capital and Northleaf Capital Partners. This funding brings Float Financial's total capital raised since inception to CAD $300 million. The company plans to use the capital to advance its proprietary AI layer, Float Intelligence, expand its operations across Western Canada and Quebec, and increase hiring. Float Financial provides a suite of financial products for Canadian businesses, including corporate cards, expense management, and bill payments.
