Dynacor Appoints Réjean Gourde Chair

Dynacor Group Group Inc. has announced the appointment of Réjean Gourde as its new Board Chair, effective immediately. Mr. Gourde, who has eight years of experience on the Dynacor Group board and over 40 years in the mining industry, succeeds Pierre Lépine, who did not seek re-election after 12 years of service. This leadership change is part of Dynacor Group's transition into its next phase of growth, which includes launching new processing plants in Ecuador and Senegal in 2026. The company also announced changes to its board committees, with Rocio Rodriguez-Perrot chairing the Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee, Pierre Béliveau chairing the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Isabelle Rocha chairing the Environment and Social Responsibility Committee, and Hélène Kyriakakis chairing the IT and R&D Committee.
