The lease, effective August 1, 2026, will initially run for 15 years with options for renewal up to 30 years. The Plascred Neos facility aims to process up to 100 tonnes of mixed hard-to-recycle plastics daily, converting them into about 500 barrels per day of refined hydrocarbon condensate for new plastics manufacturing and other industrial uses.
