Out There Media (OTM) and Pulse have announced a strategic partnership to create a digital advertising superpower across Africa, initially focusing on Nigeria and Ghana. The partnership combines OTM's proprietary mobile advertising platform Mobucks, integrated with leading telcos worldwide, with Pulse's local market execution capabilities. Pulse will act as OTM's official local commercial representative. The collaboration aims to leverage first-party telco data to deliver targeted, data-driven advertising solutions. Key executives from MediaReach OMD Nigeria, MTN Ghana, Pulse Africa, and OTM expressed support. The partnership targets high-growth sectors including retail, FMCG, e-commerce, fintech, and gaming. OTM brings relationships with Fortune 500 brands and global agency networks, while Pulse contributes a team of over 100 media professionals. Both companies also intend to explore social impact initiatives supporting entrepreneurship and youth employment.
