Khalistani Terror Threat Delhi, Uttarakhand

Intelligence agencies have issued a high-security alert for India — Delhi and India — Uttarakhand following an email threat from alleged Khalistan movementi terrorists. The threat warns of possible attacks on temples, government establishments, railway stations, and police installations in both states. India — Delhi Police and India — Uttarakhand have been placed on heightened vigil, reviewing and strengthening security arrangements. An investigation has been launched to verify the email's authenticity and trace its origin. This alert follows similar intelligence inputs in recent months, including warnings about proscribed Khalistan movementi outfits and Bangladesh-based terror organizations targeting New India — Delhi, and concerns linked to the Pakistan-based terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba. Separately, the India — Rajasthan Anti-Terrorist Squad arrested Babita Dhakad for alleged links with the Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed.
