The share repurchase program signals management's confidence in the company's valuation and may support the stock price by reducing the supply of shares. However, the impact is limited as the buyback is relatively small in scale and part of a routine capital allocation strategy.
Molten Ventures plc, a European venture capital firm listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange, has been conducting a share repurchase program announced on 28 January 2026. During the weeks of June 22-26, June 29-July 3, and July 6-10, 2026, Deutsche Bank AG (London Branch, trading as Deutsche Numis) purchased ordinary shares on behalf of the company. The purchases increased the number of shares held in treasury, reducing the total voting rights. As of July 10, 2026, the company's issued share capital consists of 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 15,534,657 in treasury and 173,511,793 voting rights. The program is conducted in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
