Parabellum Investments, a private equity firm led by Rami Cassis, has acquired Crux Informatics, an AI-powered external data management platform serving financial institutions and technology companies. The acquisition aims to accelerate product innovation, expand international reach, and enhance Crux's AI-driven data management capabilities. Crux's platforms, Sphere and ArrayX, automate data onboarding, transformation, and operations, enabling clients to focus on generating insights. Crux works with over 200 data providers including Morningstar, Moody s Corporation — Moody s Analytics, and MSCI, and integrates with cloud platforms such as Alphabet Inc. — Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, and Snowflake. Its customers include Goldman Sachs, Two Sigma, and Alphabet Inc. — Google Cloud Platform. D.A. Davidson & Co. acted as sole financial advisor and Goodwin Procter as legal advisor to Crux. Terms were not disclosed.
