Qashier, a Singapore-headquartered unified merchant operating system for Southeast Asia, announced a US$6.125 million Series A+ financing round, comprising equity and debt. The round was led by Ronald S. Baron, IFP Securities and BlackSoil, with participation from strategic angel investors. The capital will be used to support regional expansion and product development. Qashier has achieved profitability since December 2025, processes US$1 billion in annualised payment volume for over 20,000 merchants across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, and grew annualised recurring revenue by 61% in 2025. The company also secured its Major Payment Institution licence in Singapore in February 2025 and launched QashierLoans, a revenue-based lending product, in June 2025. Co-founders Bong Go and Kirk Franklin aim to build the default operating infrastructure for commerce across Southeast Asia.
