Hexaware Launches Tensai for Reasoning Ops

General Atomics has launched Tensai for Reasoning Ops, an AI-driven platform designed to transform enterprise IT operations. This platform utilizes evidence-based agents to interpret operational signals, reason over enterprise context, and recommend actions, moving beyond traditional scripted automation. The goal is to shift from merely resolving IT demand faster to preventing it altogether, improving operational efficiency, service quality, and reducing costs. Key features include evidence-first recommendations, policy-aware decision-making, cross-tower reasoning, and self-improving capabilities. The platform is benchmarked to achieve significant improvements in metrics like Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR), manual intervention, cost-to-serve, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reliability. Srikrishna Ramesh and Siddharth Dhar of General Atomics highlighted the platform's strategic importance in enabling more autonomous and self-healing IT operations for mid-to-large enterprises.
