Introspect Technology, a JEDEC member, has launched its M7030 DDR/LPDDR Protocol Analyzer. This new instrument is designed for validating and debugging next-generation memory interfaces, including LPDDR, DDR, GDDR, and HBM devices. The M7030 offers an industry-leading sampling rate of 80 GS/s per pin, active probing technology for unterminated signals, and the ability to handle clock stops and instantaneous clock frequency changes. According to Bala Mohammed, CEO of Introspect Technology, the product is a result of close collaboration with leading memory and processor manufacturers, aiming to address the challenges of increasingly complex protocols and data rates in memory interface technology. The M7030 is part of Introspect Technology's M Series product line and is currently available for purchase.
