Metals Creek increases private placement

The increased private placement provides Metals Creek with additional capital for exploration, potentially boosting its project development. However, the dilutive nature of the offering may temper short-term share price gains.
Metals Creek Resources, a junior exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, announced on June 30, 2026, a non-brokered private placement of up to $1 million. On July 14, 2026, the company increased the offering to up to $2 million and adjusted the warrant exercise price. The placement consists of flow-through units at $0.055 per unit and non-flow-through units at $0.05 per unit. Proceeds will fund exploration on its Newfoundland hydrogen/helium projects and the Ogden Gold Project in Ontario, as well as general working capital. The offering is expected to close by July 31, 2026, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
