Chemical Products Corporation (CAP PLC) approved a final dividend of N4.00 per share for FY2025, a 67% increase from the prior year, totaling N3.26 billion. The dividend was approved at the 61st Annual General Meeting in Lagos. The company reported strong financial results: revenue of N44.9 billion (up 23%), gross profit of N19.4 billion (up 32%), and profit before tax of N9.1 billion (up 51%).
