In the second period, 96,195 shares were bought at an average price of EUR 60.2676 for a total of EUR 5,797,437.03. The repurchases are part of a program approved by shareholders in May 2024, aimed at meeting obligations from share option programs for employees and management. Following these transactions, the company holds 18,978,298 treasury shares, representing about 2.1% of issued share capital.
