Allied Universal, the world's leading security and facility services provider, announced on July 6, 2026, the acquisition of Sentinel Offender Services, a leading U.S. electronic monitoring company. The acquisition integrates Sentinel with Allied Universal's existing electronic monitoring business, making Allied Universal the U.S. market leader in electronic monitoring and strengthening its global position.
