US ITC upholds Infineon patent ban on Innoscience

This results in import and sales bans against Innoscience in the U.S. Additionally, the Germany — Munich District Court in Germany has issued multiple rulings in 2025 and 2026 finding Innoscience infringes three patents and one utility model, prohibiting sales in Germany and ordering damages.
