Protolabs (NYSE: PRLB) announced the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities to support drone manufacturers, including enhanced quick-turn CNC machining and increased Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printing capacity through a partnership with HP Additive. Since 2023, revenue from Protolabs' drone customers has grown over 90% with a CAGR of nearly 40%. The global drone industry is valued at up to $69 billion and expected to reach $140 billion within a decade. Protolabs will showcase its capabilities at Commercial UAV Expo in September 2026.
