The facility signals strong institutional confidence in AI infrastructure demand, potentially boosting Nvidia's GPU sales and benefiting participating banks through fee income. It may also pressure competitors to secure similar financing to keep pace with AI data center expansion.
Nscale, a UK-based AI cloud platform backed by Nvidia, closed a $900 million revolving credit facility syndicated by 12 global banks including J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. The facility provides flexible liquidity to accelerate AI data center build-out across the US, Europe, and APAC. Nscale has ongoing collaborations with Microsoft on data centers in Portugal and Norway, deploying Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs. The company previously raised $2 billion in Series C funding in March 2026.
