Samsung Electronics announced mass production of the PM1763, a PCIe 6.0-based enterprise SSD optimized for AI and HPC servers. The drive uses Samsung's 9th-generation V-NAND and a 4nm controller, achieving sequential read/write speeds up to 28,400/21,900 MB/s, more than double its predecessor. It supports liquid cooling and post-quantum cryptography. Available in 4TB, 8TB, and 16TB capacities.
