Adage Automation, an Indian industrial gas analytics and environmental monitoring company, raised Rs 230 crore (about $24.4 million) in a growth funding round led by InCred Growth Partners Fund, the private equity platform of InCred Alternative Investments. InCred invested Rs 180 crore, with participation from Global South Capital and Prachetas Capital. The funds will be used to expand AI-enabled industrial software, digital monitoring platforms, manufacturing capacity, and global operations into the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the United States. Adage also plans to pursue inorganic growth through acquisitions. The company reported a 21.6% revenue increase to Rs 224 crore and a 37% net profit jump to Rs 21.4 crore for the year ended March 2025. Adage has a joint venture with OVO Energy in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
