Multitude SE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Multitude SE, has published a prospectus and applied for admission to trading of its EUR 70 million subordinated perpetual capital notes on Nasdaq Stockholm. The notes were placed on 11 March 2026 under a framework of up to EUR 120 million, priced at 96% of nominal amount, with a floating rate coupon of 3-month Euribor plus 8.90% until March 2031 and 13.40% thereafter. The Finland — Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approved the prospectus on 7 July 2026 and notified the Sweden — Financial Supervisory Authority (Sweden). Trading is expected to start on or about 10 July 2026.
