Barracuda Networks has acquired Evo Security, an identity and access management provider purpose-built for managed service providers. The acquisition expands the BarracudaONE platform with privileged access management, access control, identity protection, and identity threat detection and response. Evo Security's team has joined Barracuda, and its technology will be integrated into BarracudaONE. The deal aims to provide MSPs with a unified identity security platform, addressing the growing threat of identity-based attacks in the AI era. Terms were not disclosed.
